An annual contribution

The yearly contributions members are asked to pay may vary greatly from one province to another. The Provincial Team sets the contribution asked of its members in the province
according: 

•  To the basic minimum needs of a community in the province.
•  To the needs of the province as determined by the Provincial Team in order to realize the activities decided by the Provincial Assembly.
• To the functional needs of the International Association as determined by the Board of Directors.

Their destination is always clearly stated, for example the amount of the contribution is divided into 20% for the community, 40% for the life of the province, and 40% for Faith and Light International.

The International Solidarity

We provide this support to provinces that need to be encouraged, trained, called to take more initiatives... Two thirds of the countries where Faith and Light is registered are economically disadvantaged.

It is a missionary call to make our brothers and sisters' needs known. It is not a case of "requiring" community members to give money, but rather of making them aware of the lives and needs of communities in difficulty.

Pilgrimage in Sudan

How, and in what spirit ? Firmly believe that, as the history of Faith and Light has shown since its foundation, the Lord has always provided what is necessary if we do our best to trust Him and to roll up our sleeves. Therefore, all communities are called to organize an "Announcing and Sharing Day " to introduce Faith and Light and appeal to the generosity of people outside of the movement by submitting a specific project.

Quarterly in "Up Sails", a page is dedicated to the international solidarity. You will find projects you can support and a summary of the donations destinations.

Do you want to help us ?

For the coming quarter, here are several projects to support :

• Pilgrimage in Madagascar for the communities of the "Rainbow" province (Madagascar,  Reunion, Mauricius, Seychelles) welcoming 5 delegates from East Africa. The pilgrimage will be followed by a provincial assembly : 4000 €
• Meeting of the provincial team and formation session for the communities of the province "Jesus Light of the Andes" (Peru, Colombia, Chile, Equator) : 1920 €
• Meeting of the provincial team "Open Hearts" (Honduras, Mexico, Dominican Republic) : 4700 €
• Provincial Council "Capricorn Africa " (South Africa, RDC Lubumbashi, Zambia, Zimbabwe) : 1570 €
• Conseil provincial "East Africa" (Burundi, Kenya, Uganda, RDC Kivu, Rwanda) : 300 €
• Formation session "Between the Seas" (Georgie, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Russia, Slovakia) and Ukraine : 8000 €
